Yoga for Volleyball Athletes

While volleyball is an amazing sport and creates amazing relationships, like all sports, it’s very demanding on the body and mind. Practicing every day with repetitive motions has the tendency to create injury, especially if proper rest and recovery measures are not in your training program.
