Create a Habit

Good habits are the foundation of success. Once a habit is formed, it becomes a regular part of your life and allows you to level up.

They say it takes 21 days to form a habit, so starting Monday, July 5th, we challenge you to take 21 classes (in-studio or livestream) before July 31st. This will give you the opportunity to create some consistency and be held accountable by our community.
