Rest is an essential part of being a healthy athlete or active person. Taking breaks can help reduce fatigue, decrease stress, boost performance, and help keep the mind sharp.
So this holiday season, we’re challenging you to give yourself the gift of rest.
Restorative yoga uses props and long held poses to support the body, allowing it to open up and relax. It calms the nervous system and slows down the breath.
Starting today, take 4 full-length (40+ mins) restorative yoga classes either in-studio or on YAX Online by the end of the month.
