Consistency is Key

We all know consistency is the key to success. If you want to reach your goals, you can’t just work out on the days that you feel like working out. Planning and discipline is the only way to see real results. If you take time to create a plan and commit to it, you’ll accomplish your goals and be that much closer to greatness.
This month we challenge you to create a routine and show up consistently.
September 7th – October 4th: Take 4 classes per week. The classes and times you choose need to be the same each week.
Classes can be a mix of any style (HIIT, yoga, breathwork, meditation) and any type (in-studio, livestream, or on-demand).
If you’d like to commit to one time, try 7:00am classes across the week. Other options for this are 6:00am, or 12:00pm, or 5:30pm.
