All athletes are at risk for injuries. We incorporate Functional Movement Screening to identify and correct imbalances, keeping athletes healthy and playing their sport.

Recover & Find Balance

Recovery is essential for athletes to release tension, increase ROM, increase oxygen efficiency, ease the mind, and balance out the physical demands and mental stress of the gym/court/field.

Training with Yoga Athletex

Our integrated sports-performance training focuses on multiplanar training (sagittal, frontal, transverse), while activating the entire spectrum of muscle contraction (eccentric, isometric, and concentric) using multiple modalities (free weights, dumbbells, tubing, medicine balls, etc).

Training will incorporate flexibility, core balance, plyometric, speed, agility, quickness, integrated resistance training, and sport-specific conditioning to efficiently and effectively prepare for optimal performance and injury prevention.

Exercise selections will be safe, challenging, progressive, systematic, proprioceptively enriched, and activity specific.

Starter Packages

Our all-inclusive packages allow you to easily get started with performance training! Just choose how many private lessons per week, and we’ll walk you through the rest.

How It Works

After purchasing your Starter Package (Gold, Silver, or Bronze) you’ll get scheduled for a Functional Movement Screening and we’ll work with you to create your customized training schedule.

Training will include corrective exercises to improve your limitations and imbalances, private lessons that meet you where you are and propel you forward, recovery methods to increase your range of motion and decrease your chance of injury, and on-demand classes to improve your mental health and help you build a resilient mindset.
