Our July Athlete of the Month is Sarah Kennedy! We’d like to give a shoutout to Sarah for consistently bringing her hard work, dedication, and enthusiasm into the studio and via livestream.

1. How long have you been practicing/training at Yoga Athletex? ⁠

I have been training/practicing at YAX for about 3 years.⁠

2. What benefits have you received since training at Yoga Athletex? ⁠

I’ve received so many benefits since working out at YAX! I’ve gotten much stronger and I’ve seen marked improvements in my flexibility with doing regular yoga classes. The instructors are great with giving helpful feedback on my form which is always helpful. ⁠

3. What is your sport/activity outside of the studio? ⁠

Outside of YAX, I enjoy running for exercise.⁠

4. What is your favorite class at Yoga Athletex and why? ⁠

My favorite class at YAX is HIIT Cardio & Core; it’s fast-paced and always challenging and but so rewarding!

5. Any advice for new people trying out the studio?⁠

My advice for new people just starting at YAX would be to get in a good mix of both yoga and the other classes each week, they really compliment each other!⁠
