Jump Rope Challenge

The Jump Rope Challenge is back in 2021! Hop into Spring by jump roping along with the provided calendar for a chance to win our new monthly challenge prize.

This month, push yourself every single day and strive to conquer your fears. Leap into Spring with the mindset of breaking down any barrier that may come your way. 

Jumping rope has so many benefits, including cardiovascular health and coordination. Not only is this exercise a great training tool for athletes, but it is a fun way to get into cardio. You can get in an effective, heart-pumping workout easily with this lightweight piece of equipment. Most importantly, remember to have fun while you work out!

The Challenge

Participate by saving our tracker calendar, you can either download it or screenshot it from our Instagram page. To get your number of jumps for the day, multiply the number listed on the calendar by 10.

If you do not have a jump rope, modify the jumps with line hops or jumping jacks.

Moving forward, the monthly challenge winner(s) will get their photo taken with the trophy and their name(s) displayed by it in the studio.
