Fall is rolling around, although it may not feel that way, and kids are going back to school… kind of. Whatever life is throwing at you now, we’re sure creating and sticking to a routine is proving to be more challenging than you’re used to.
As a means to assist your journey this fall in creating and sticking to a routine, we’re challenging you to commit to 4 classes per week (starting September 7th). Classes can be in-studio, on livestream, or via the online library.
September 7th – October 4th take 4 YAX classes per week. Since you are creating a routine, the classes and times should be the same each week.
Classes can be a mix of any style (HIIT, yoga, breathwork, meditation) and any platform (in-studio, livestream, or on-demand).
We’re in this together! Track and share your progress every week with a post (please tag @yogaathletex and #routineiskey)
Please include the day (ex: Tuesday), time (ex: 12:00pm), class (ex: Yoga), and type (ex: Studio). See downloads below for examples.

Self care should definitely be part of your routine! Rest and recovery are essential to peak performance. To encourage you to take time for self care, all the prizes for the challenge winners are products from a local esthetician and skin product developer – Stevie at Heights Skin Care!
