Get into a Routine

Fall is rolling around, although it may not feel that way, and kids are going back to school… kind of. Whatever life is throwing at you now, we’re sure creating and sticking to a routine is proving to be more challenging than you’re used to.

As a means to assist your journey this fall in creating and sticking to a routine, we’re challenging you to commit to 4 classes per week (starting September 7th). Classes can be in-studio, on livestream, or via the online library.

The Rules

1. Take Classes

September 7th – October 4th take 4 YAX classes per week. Since you are creating a routine, the classes and times should be the same each week.

Classes can be a mix of any style (HIIT, yoga, breathwork, meditation) and any platform (in-studio, livestream, or on-demand).

2. Share Your Progress

We’re in this together! Track and share your progress every week with a post (please tag @yogaathletex and #routineiskey)

Dates to post:

  • Sept 7th: Challenge starts! Announce your new class routine with a post.
  • Every Sunday: (Sept 13th, 20th, 27th) Check-in for accountability! Post that you’ve completed the previous week’s routine.
  • Oct 4th: Challenge complete! Post to let everyone know you’ve reached your goal.

Options for posting:

  • PDF: Print it out, write on it, then post a photo.
  • IG Story: Type over it and post it.
  • Personal Planner: If you already have a planner, or google calendar, add the classes to your schedule, take a photo/screenshoot, then post it.

Please include the day (ex: Tuesday), time (ex: 12:00pm), class (ex: Yoga), and type (ex: Studio). See downloads below for examples.

Recap
