The idea of obtaining a plant based diet in the athletic world is slowly catching on. And, we’re totally on board. We found a great success story about Chicago BearsDavid Carter. He talks about his plant based meal plan that gives him 1.2 grams of protein a day! He is 100% plant based and weighs 300 strong, healthy pounds.
