Play

We all have one goal in mind and that is to play (and win) the sport we love. At Yoga Athletex we always have PLAY on the brain. We offer focus games to integrate mind-body training, enhance concentration, hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, and teamwork.

Restore

We create resilient, more well-rounded athletes through the incorporation of several different modalities known to be our bread and butter.

  • Yoga: Our focus is always sport or position specific relating directly to the athlete’s periodization schedule. Depending on your season, we offer yoga for athletes, restorative and vinyasa styled classes to best fit the athlete’s needs
  • Performance Breathwork: This practice is very specific to the extreme performer with an intent to increase sport performance through various breathing techniques and tools to utilize in critical incidents on or off the playing field.
  • SMR Mobility: We incorporate the use of therapy balls for a very target self-myofascial release practice to aid in recovery, stress response and injury prevention. A studio favorite.

Work

We push your athletes to new physical limits by providing sport specific sessions that encourage finding your edge. We want your athletes performing optimally with the incorporation of strength and conditioning, HIIT or jump training sessions. Our programming is rooted firmly in the National Academy of Sports Medicine’s (NASM) Optimum Performance Training model, with an emphasis on Performance Enhancement.

Next Steps

Train with us seasonally on-location or year-round at our facility. Our programming provides athletes with a change of pace and a new outlook on training. We also create tailored sport specific training for the lifecycle of your periodization schedule (off-season, pre-season, in-season, competition).
