Restorative yoga is a prop supported practice that allows your body to find a state of
deep relaxation. It allows you to slowly open up over a period of time finding a
subtle stretch. With no muscle engagement, your body truly gets to rest and relax.
I’m so happy to be able to share this practice with you to do on your own at home
or on the road when traveling. Use this practice as your self care time, to give your
body or mind a chance to recover whenever you need it.
