New Home & New Schedule for Yoga Athletex

Hey Houstonians! We now have a home base for Yoga Athletex! We are teaching ALL of our weekly classes at BAYOU CITY CROSSFIT. Tuesday/Thursday classes will no longer be held at Imperium Crossfit @ 7pm. Our schedule has changed to Tuesday/Thursdays @ 8pm at Bayou City Crossfit in the 2nd Building. BCCF has excellent facilities that are perfect for our yoga classes. All classes are open to the general public, anyone and everyone is welcomed! We would love to see your face in class sometime soon! Bayou City has a smaller building behind their main building where they hold crossfit classes, where we will be building our energy in and getting our stretch on! It’s in the heart of Garden Oaks/Oak Forest and we could not be more excited to be hosting classes there for all! Sign up for monthly packages or drop in classes under the Class Schedule Tab on our website! We are looking forward to meeting you and having you a part of our Yoga Athletex Team!

    My daughter and I would like to attend your class on Monday at 7pm. She has taken a yoga class at the Y before and I'm a beginner. Would it be okay for us to take your Monday night class at the Bayou Cross fit location? Your web site mentioned bringing a mat and the rest will be taught. We both are looking for building our body's flexibility and strength. Is this Monday and Wednesday time slot at seven the appropriate class for beginners? I look forward to your reply.
