We all make excuses – because of fear, procrastination, laziness, lack of motivation, self-doubt, and an unwillingness to make mistakes.
However, when you make an excuse, you don’t give yourself a chance to succeed. You may never know what you’re capable of if you have an excuse for everything. It will hold you back and limit your potential.
So, this November, don’t make excuses. Don’t be complacent, settle for less, or prevent your growth.

Starting this Sunday, November 1st, take 20 classes (in-studio, livestream, or on-demand) and finish each class with a burnout plank. You must hold plank for as long as you can and match/beat your previous plank time.
