YAX Athlete of the Month – April 2016
May 6, 2016
May 6, 2016
Each month, Yoga Athletex selects an athlete that is a role model both on and off the court. This selection represents our Athlete of the Month Award. In order to receive this award, we look for quite a bit of criteria; participation, attendance, attitude, effort, heart, inquiry and much more. This award should not be taken lightly as it requires many qualities and abilities.
What does the award entail? Not only does the winner get recognition organization wide, the winner receives an official YAX T-shirt and one free private lesson ($80 value)!
So, who is the recipient of this month’s award you ask?
The YAX Athlete of the Month Award goes to …… Kathleen Johnson!
Kathleen is a member of 15 RoShamBo Royal at Skyline Juniors Houston. Kathleen has been on our radar all year, but this month she really stood out. She lights up the gym with her smile and is beautiful both inside and out. She is eager to learn and work and always brings a positive attitude. She is a natural leader, independent and bold. She is respectful, which is always a plus on the court! She is coachable and FUN!
If you see Kathleen, give her a big high five from YAX! She is on her way to doing great things!
