Easy Scrumptious Overnight Oats!

We have something good and easy to make your busy morning a whole lot easier! These easy overnight oats will be perfect to grab when you’re heading out the door for work. It takes about 15 minutes max prep time and then you have breakfast for the week! Bonus – you won’t be mad about the way this smells! It’s scrumptious!

What you need:

Mason Jar (canning jar)

2 cups gluten-free rolled oats

2 cups non-dairy milk (I used almond milk – the pure almond milk is our fav)

2 tablespoons of chia seeds

2 small organic apples, cored & chopped small

2 tablespoons 100% pure maple syrup or honey

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

dash of nutmeg

pinch of fine sea salt

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Coconut flakes

Mix up all ingredients together in large mixing bowl. Scoop out a cup into each mason jar. Add desired amount of coconut and place in the fridge. Your oats will be perfectly delicious for your morning breakfast! Enjoy, friends!
