Classic Dijon Honey Dressing


  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon local honey
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • Juice of 1 small lemon
  • 2 tablespoons filtered water
  • Celtic sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or 4 olives blended in 1/4 cup water (Can omit this if you prefer oil free dressing)


1. Add all the ingredients to a mason jar, screw on the lid, and shake real good. Adjust the seasonings to your liking. This dressing will keep in the fridge for about a week. If you triple the quantity it should make a full jar. Enjoy!
